At ParkwayHealth our objective is to make your visit as easy and smooth as possible.
Our doors are open to any visitors including walk-in patients. However, it is highly recommended that you book an appointment in order to avoid waiting.
Our staff is fluent in English and Chinese, and conversant in other languages such as French, Japanese and German among others.
When you prepare for visiting one of our facilities for medical consultation, please make sure that you bring along a copy of your valid ID (preferably passport). Upon your arrival, you will be asked to register. Registration is quick and can be done on the same day you visit the doctor. For your convenience, you can pre-register online by clicking here or by downloading our registration form, filling it out in advance and handing it to our staff prior to your consultation. This will help you save time should you become unwell and need to visit the doctor unexpectedly. Please be aware that pre-registration may not be done by fax, e-mail or postal service.
Our facilities operate on fee-for-service basis. For information about prices and payments, please click here. If you require us to follow-up with direct billing through one of our insurance partners, please bring your relevant insurance documentation including insurance card or letter of guarantee.
