Medical bills can sometimes be complex and confusing. Our goal is to provide you with clear and transparent information about your bill and our billing process.

Like other international healthcare providers, ParkwayHealth Medical and Dental Centers is required to follow strict billing regulations from the government, insurance companies, and a variety of medical agencies.

ParkwayHealth uses the internationally recognized CPT codes for billing purpose developed by the American Medical Association it has become the international pricing system recognized by worldwide insurance companies.

CPT Codes
The CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes are numbers that describe medical, surgical, and diagnostic services and are designed to communicate uniform information about medical services and procedures among every party involved in the patient care. CPT is also used for administrative management purposes such as claims processing and developing guidelines for medical care review.

Direct Billing
ParkwayHealth offers a direct billing service with a large number of our insurance partners. This is a seamless and hassle free service that ParkwayHealth provides for its patients.
As each insurance company and policy differs, we will endeavor to establish your cover and bill your insurance company for the amount covered. Our direct billing process is designed to save you, our customer, the hassle of the reimbursement procedure. Please note that due to the difference in policies not all items will be able to be direct billed.
