Position: Customer Service Manager（客户服务经理）
Job Summary
ParkwayHealth requires a customer service manager for its expanding China team. The successful candidate will have experience in International Customer service and relevant training experience. The customer service manager will oversee customer service training and direction for the organization across all functions.
Responsibilities
1. Model organization’s core values to ensure quality customer standards are maintained. Develop, track and report key performance measurements for the unit
2. Responsible for designing and implementing improved service processed. Develop customer service standards and policies for organization
3. Act as advocate for the customer, coordinating internal resources to provide seamless service issue resolution, by pulling together information and providing guidance to the service and support teams
4. Monitor customer activity on a close regular basis and provide support to other team members regarding issue resolution
5. Lead in the development of call center programs and process improvements that enhance the level of internal and external customer service
6. Develop training programs to train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. Coach and develop team members to become self-directed
7. Share best practices with customer service team members and other co-workers
8. Provide ongoing coaching to maintain standards and quality of service
Qualifications
1. Leadership competencies to lead and manage key events well with team support
2. Strong leadership skills with passion for exceptional customer service
3. Relevant working experience in customer service disciplines with at least 3 years in a supervisory position
4. Flexible and adaptable
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
6. Good command of English and Mandarin
